How does CaptainPost work?

CaptainPost is a straightforward tool. You select some interesting posts. You publish them to one or multiple Yammer networks and groups. That’s it.

What is CaptainPost made for?

CaptainPost helps community or project managers quickly share interesting posts from their internal company feed to external Yammer networks they share with clients, partners …etc.

How to publish a post from a network to a different network?

First, you have to select the post you find interesting. In order to do that, please select in the left column the initial network and group where the post has been published. All the latest posts are displayed in non-chronological order. Once you have selected one or more interesting posts, you click on the publish button in the upper right corner. A pop-up asks you to select the destination: which network? Which group? You can have several destinations. Eventually hit publish. All the initial comments, likes and tags on the post are removed. But the link will appear in every timeline you have selected.

Is it possible to copy and paste multiple posts at the same time?
